Blueberry Cake with 3 Chocolate Sauces and Strawberry Jelly
INGREDIENTS:
-Blueberries (a lot)
-1 1/2 cup plain flour
-3 eggs
-1 1/2 cup sugar
-1t vanilla essence
1/4 cup milk
-1/2 cup oil
-Pinch of salt
-Strawberry Jelly Powder
-Strawberries (sliced to fit in the jelly)
-Dark Chocolate (own choice of amount)
-White Chocolate (own choice of amount)
-Milk Chocolate (own choice of amount)
METHOD:
1. Preheat oven to 180°C
2. Sift plain flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl
3. Mix the eggs, vanilla essence, milk and oil in a jug
4. Add the liquid mixture to the dry mixture and then mix
5. Add the blueberries to the cake mixture and mix well
6. Pour the cake mixture into a cake tin and bake for 15-20 minutes
7. Make the strawberry jelly. Follow the procedure on the box of the jelly powder and transfer into ice cube trays to shape the jelly. Add the sliced strawberry in it and freeze
8. Place the cake into a cooling rack and put it at the top of a large bowl
9. Melt the white, dark and milk chocolate and pour it over the blueberry cake
10. Serve it with fresh blueberries and strawberries, the strawberry jelly and french vanilla ice-cream
