Tropical Trifle
INGREDIENTS:
-1 cake mix
-1 egg
-1 packet jelly
-200g mixed fruit
-1 cup custard
-150mL cream
METHOD:
1. Make the cake using the instructions from the packet
2. Make the jelly using the instructions on packet
3. Whip the cream until soft peaks
4. When the cake is ready and cooled, cut it into the size of the cup you are using
5. Place the cake and pour jelly over the cake
6. Cover with custard
7. Spread the whipped cream on top and place the fruits as well
8. Serve
