Mac and Cheese
INGREDIENTS:
-200g macaroni
-25g butter
-1T plain flour
-1 cup milk
-1 cup grated cheese
METHOD:
1. 3/4 fill a large pan of water and put it on to boil
2. When water is boiling pour macaroni to cook
3. Melt butter in a medium saucepan then add flour, stir well
4. Cook roux for one minute
5. Slowly add milk whilst stirring
6. When the sauce is thickened add cheese, stir well
7. Check macaroni if cooked, drain
8. Add macaroni to the cheese sauce
9. Serve
